This service is primarily for roles you would usually use a job advertisement for rather than a recruiter. Usually, it’s one where less experience is needed or the role is entry-level, but the search is still a significant time investment for the hiring team to take on. The purpose of this service is to take some of the hiring weight off your shoulders in an affordable, reasonable manner – that way you can invest your resources in doing what your team does best and we can invest ours in doing the same.
The Steps
Posting the Job-Ad
Once we curate a job ad that your team loves, we will post the ad on platforms like. . .

- ZipRecruiter for 4 weeks
Writing the Ad:

- The common mistake with most job ads is that people write job descriptions not advertisements.
- An advertisement is eye-catching, exciting, & easy to read
- Our team utilizes our copywriting training to make your job ad, click-worthy & successful on competitive platforms
- We do the hard work for you, so all you have to do is sit back and quick review to make sure it's to your liking!
Screening, next steps, video interviews...
- Once applications start rolling in, our team evaluates the candidates resumes based on your screening requirements, years of experience, education, certifications… etc.,
- After someone is identified as qualified, we provide them with directions to a video platform.
- On this platform, candidates will record themself doing a short video interview answering some important questions related to the role.
- We have a list of good questions to ask, or you can send us some personal ones of your own.
- Before you’ve even invested a second of your time, you’ll have an idea of who the candidate is and what they’re about both on paper and through video.
Weekly Reports
Throughout the process, we will provide your hiring manager with weekly reports including information about:
- Number of applicants
- Number of qualified applicants
- Applicants who have started the video interview
- Completed video interviews from applicants & the link to access them
Coordinating schedules
- The final step after you look through the video interviews and candidate applications is finding a time to meet.
- We will help coordinate the first interview between you and the candidates based on your hiring process
The Investment Details
- $3,300 non-refundable fee to initiate
- No further fees for job ads or job ad promotion for term as described
- No fees for use of recorded video interview software
- Optional extension of job ads:
- Extend Indeed promotion for two weeks – $500
- Ad promotion on ZipRecruiter for two weeks – $500
- Success fee of $1,700 for each candidate hired
Additional Notes About This Service
- Ideal to provide a recorded video to candidates which can be shown before they record their own
- This aids in getting people to complete the video
- Need to know whether the video would be required as there is typically a falloff between applications and videos submitted
- Questions to candidates for the recorded interviews can be customized as you like
